What is a Good Faith Exam?

A Good Faith Exam is the licensed-clinician evaluation required before a prescription can be issued via telemedicine. It's a quick, secure visit — asynchronous or video — that confirms a prescription is appropriate for you.

How fast will I get my prescription?

Most non-controlled prescriptions are sent the same day, typically within hours of intake. Some visits may require a brief video step; your clinician will let you know if that applies.

Who reviews my visit?

All visits are reviewed by clinicians licensed in your state. We do not use AI-only review for prescribing decisions.

Is this covered by insurance?

Visits are cash-pay only at this time. Many members use HSA or FSA cards. We don't bill insurance directly.

What if I need a controlled substance?

Good Faith Exams here are for non-controlled prescriptions only. If a controlled medication is clinically appropriate, your clinician will refer you to local in-person care.
