By providing your mobile number and checking this box, you agree to receive account, appointment, and care-related text messages (and, if you opt in separately, marketing messages) from menopausal.me at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Program details

• Purpose: appointment reminders, lab-result availability, order/shipping updates, refill reminders, care-team messages, and (with separate opt-in) promotions.
• Frequency: varies by your activity and care.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, per your mobile plan.
• Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact mike@diametrics.ai.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: we do not sell or share your mobile opt-in data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. SMS consent is collected and used only for the menopausal.me program.

Part C — Email Consent

We send transactional emails (account, appointment, order, security) as part of the Services. With your consent, we also send health-education and promotional emails.
